One of the presentations in my wheelhouse covers “Lean Marketing & Growth Hacking” – it’s basically an overview of some of the different ways Entrepreneurs and SMBs can maximize their marketing with limited resources.
The underlying theme is that of David and Goliath – when you’re competing against giants you have to change the rule of the game, exploit your opponents weaknesses and capitalize on your strengths.
